Kickstart mechanism

The mechanism is the same on both 6204 and 7204 gearboxes.

Casing, pin to stop the kickstart pedal and a little plate to release the cogwheel. So that it runs freely when engaged in gears.
Parts dismantled,
Wear on the pawl. It has been turned over before, as a repair.
Also wear on the pawl by the pin, material is rather weak !

I took the opportunity to weld material on it so it was fully restored and hopefully with a bit harder surface.
